Terms and conditions

These are our terms and conditions for the purchase of OMA sample tubes.

Before you place an order

• To use the OMA tube as intended, you must be a registered OMA App user, either through a council or local authority that uses the OMA App, or through a servicing company account. The OMA tube cannot be used for its intended purpose without the OMA App.
• If you are unsure whether you have an OMA App registration, please contact us and we can assist you.

Ordering

To order an OMA tube, call 07 5430 2533 or use the contact form. Please make sure you provide a valid email address, as you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and invoice.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card.

Delivery

OMA tubes will be posted to you once your payment has been received.

Returns

If you wish to return a tube or have any issues with delivery, please contact us.

How to return or replace a faulty OMA tube

• Contact us with details of the fault, including a photograph if possible.
• When your return request is confirmed, we will advise you of the next steps.
